Welcome to SOG. Our history began when we were part of the School of Economics and Public Administration in 1984. Since then, we have gone through several transformations.

SOG was officially established in 2011 to offer both Public and Development Management programs.

Since the well-beings of our students are our top priorities, we aspire to provide quality education through teaching and learning, research, consultancy, community outreach and civic leadership. We firmly believe in equality and equal opportunity principle. Our quality programs are accessible to all people from all walks of life.

We offer internationally and nationally accredited public management and development management programs at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to prepare prospective students for middle and upper managerial and leadership positions in the public, non-profit and private sectors. To facilitate this endeavor, we recruit and appoint distinguished faculty members with diverse academic and industrial backgrounds. Internship and community engagements are core features of our programs to prepare our graduates to face the challenging environment. Our ultimate goal is to deliver quality programs that encompass dynamic, hands on, outcome-based education for aspiring, dedicated leaders of tomorrow.
